About Us

TrustVault was created to provide the first of its kind holistic solution to support the entire ecosystem surrounding domestic abuse with victim-survivors at the heart of everything we have built. Our business started as a result of a domestic abuse tragedy and through lived experience we realised that we could build something that would make a real difference to domestic abuse outcomes.

Victim-survivors often have to repeat their story again and again, to police, social workers, legal teams, therapists, friends, family and their employer. Each retelling risks re-traumatisation. Each missed detail weakens their chance of justice. And when they’re ready to seek help, the system isn’t always ready to support them.

TrustVault changes that.

It’s a safe and secure platform that brings everything together in one place, making it easier for those experiencing domestic abuse to access support, record evidence, find justice and regain independence.

Our Mission

Is to give everyone a safe path to support, justice and freedom.

We believe in:

Proactive support – not just crisis response

Trusted connections – across charities, services, police, and employers

Survivor-led care – where victims remain in control

Seamless adoption – easy to access, simple to use, built for everyone

Stronger outcomes – for every person and every case

Why is TrustVault desperately needed?

Millions of people in the UK experience domestic abuse every year.

Most never report it. Many suffer in silence. And too often, the system fails them.

TrustVault gives victims a voice. It gives victim-survivors a path to recovery without re-traumatisation.
